Use the right tools. You can achieve a 90s blowout with hot rollers or with a powerful blowdryer and round brush.

Once the pieces are dry, roll the section of hair and pin it against your scalp to set for at least ten minutes.

Dry, lift, roll, and set until your entire head is done.

Final touches! Once your hair is has cooled, take out your rollers or pins and use your fingers to gently separate your curls. Apply hairspray to lock in your shape, then brush or style your hair how you like it.
