Wonderful!!! Best haircut ever!!

I was very pleased with my experience at OA Salons. I went in wanting layers and face framing. However, I have finer hair so my stylist (Alyssa) recommended long layers and mainly focused on face framing. I have been to other salons in Charlotte and haven’t quite been satisfied or have left with a haircut I didn’t necessarily ask for. But at OA I left with a great haircut and would definitely trust Alyssa with my hair again!

I just got a keratin smoothing express treatment there and I loved it. My hair is so soft and shiny! Delaney was so kind and professional, she explained the whole process to me and my wife. She gave us different options and the best advice. Even though I'm a guy with very long hair, they didn't treat me differently from any other customer. This was refreshing, because I have been treated differently at other salons in the past, just because I am male. They listened to my specific wants and needs without judgement.

I am delighted with the service I received, they cut my hair and washed my head and it was something so relaxing, the girl who attended me Gladys was very kind, she does her job very well. I will definitely be back. I give them 10 out of 10.

Ive had the same haircut for quite some time so I reached out to OA for a cut and they scheduled me with SH. She did amazing work, super professional and I love my haircut. I’m super picky with my hair. One bad sign and I won’t ever be back, however I can say for sure I will be back to OA. It may be a bit more expensive than some salons but you get what you pay for. A quality cut and feeling of confidence in your hair!
