I’ve had alopecia off and on for about 5 years and have been through the gambit of how to handle it . Wigs, hats and so many sprays and powders oh and pills,lotions and potions . So sick of it so two years ago I set off to find the healthiest most natural looking way to help . I chose a mesh .My journey lead me here and to Chance !! I instantly knew I was in the right place! I walked out the other day feeling carefree and complete. I hope my words will help others . Chance was kind understanding and totally understands . She’s a talented and had a vision of what my hair should be and explained step by step how this was going to go . The color was perfect. It was an excellent experience and great hair !

Chance at the Cotswold location is truly an extension master. She was able to work magic with mesh extensions and k-tips that restored my confidence and are very gentle on my existing hair. Chance has lots of experience with clients with hair loss, which is a different beast than extensions for additional length or extra volume. I was very excited to find someone who’s a pro at the mesh method here in Charlotte!

Let me start by saying Salem is a master at hair. I came here for my first time ever yesterday morning with a crisis that I never thought would be able to get fixed. I’m still in shock and honestly can’t believe how everything worked out. She not only accepted the challenge but helped me out same day! (Not common) she deserves way more than 5 stars and way more $ as a tip than I could even carry. She will forever be my extension queen!
